Terms of Use

These terms apply to the JITO Youth Jaipur Discovery app (“the app”), run by JITO Youth Jaipur (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The app is for approved members of JITO Youth Jaipur. Your account is personal: don’t share your login or let anyone else use it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or demean anyone
• Post hateful, sexual, violent, defamatory or otherwise offensive content
• Send spam, scams, chain messages or unsolicited bulk promotions
• Impersonate anyone or use a fake identity
• Copy, collect or share other members’ details (including contact numbers) outside the purpose they were shared for, or use them for marketing lists
• Post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights
• Try to break, overload or get around the app’s security

You can report a member or an opportunity, and block a member, from their profile or the opportunity page. Blocked members can’t see you or contact you in the app, and you won’t see them. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.

To keep the community safe we may remove content, hide a profile, or suspend or end access to the app for anyone who breaks these terms, with or without notice.

You own what you post (your photo, bio, opportunities and so on). You let us show it in the app, and on your public profile page if you keep “Show me in Discover and Directory” on. Only post content you have the right to share.

The app helps members find and contact each other. Any business, purchase, partnership or other arrangement you make with another member is between you and them — JITO Youth Jaipur and JITO are not a party to it and don’t guarantee anything posted by members. Use your own judgement before relying on another member or their offer.

Partner suggestions are an opt-in introduction between members, not a matchmaking or matrimonial service.

We provide the app as it is and may change, pause or stop features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from other members’ actions.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. It’s deleted 48 hours later, and you can cancel until then. See the Privacy Policy for what is erased and what is kept.

If we change these terms materially, we’ll ask you to accept them again in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
